Sorry. Working on the fix right now. I recently used the new SwiftUI SDK and it messes up everything :(

Daniel Nguyen Issue appears to be fixed in the latest update (1.30.4), however every command shows (ALT) even if alternative profile is off. I am not sure if this is the expected behavior. Many times I glance at the ALT and think I have alternative profile enabled. Might be better to only show the (ALT) text if the alternative profile is enabled.

In the latest version (1.30.3), the alternate commands do not even show the icons changing when pressing the option key.
