Edit Ollama's Commands, only allow user to select the first model

When using Bulk edit model in
Commands
section, if API Provider is Ollama, it only allow users to choose the first model even thought there's multiple models installed in Ollama.Clicking in to edit Ollama's command, the
Model
selected is the first model in the list instead of the configured value.

v1.15.13
