Toggle Sidebar does not appear.

It's been always like that, and there is no shortcut key to bind to it.
I use ' cmd + ] '  instead of the default for the inspector sidebar, cmd + I.
It'd be nice if I could use cmb + [ for the left sidebar.

Hey Nick. Can you try v2 instead. In v1 there are a lot of issues as I used many legacy Apple's APIs and making change there is a lot harder. In v2, I rebuilt it from ground up and the entire app is faster and follows Apple's HIG.
