True Floating Window doesn't work

Selecting the Floating option in window settings within shortcuts does not work. It still goes behind. If I don't have that option enabled, I can still select "Stay on Top" from window within the toolbar which does work.

Can you share more on its behavior? Which steps did you do and which app should be behind BoltAI?
This "floating" and "true floating" terms are not really accurate.
These options basically change the Windows flag (or configuration). If there are other apps that also have the same, or higher level than BoltAI then it might still show in front.
But I did check multiple times that this option indeed does show on top when in full screen.
