When in the window, it's not showing line breaks. However, when copied out, it showed.

It's the pop-out of the instant command.

This is because the renderer expects the content to be in markdown format. You can either disable the markdown renderer, or ask the LLM to answer in markdown format. I'm not sure how best to approach this from UX perspective yet.
