Ability to add custom Azure models.

Currently you cannot add other Azure OpenAI models.
I am copying the entire endpoint string for the GPT-4o model, I have tried numerous iterations of this, but same error.
Maybe a feature to modify the header, where you could give the whole endpoint and add the api-key header value or something.

I've fixed this in v1.16.0 (with 20+ other features).

Hey Warren du Toit, please use the "Azure OpenAI" service, not "Custom Server".

Yes but the problem with this is it does not allow you to use newer models like GPT 4o
It only allows 4 Turbo and 4 32k.
I have access to 4o in my Azure OpenAi.
