Add shortcut to focus text input box "Send a message"

Sometimes, the "Send a message" text input box is not focused when switching between apps. Is it possible to add a shortcut to focus on the input text? It could be the same as the activation shortcut, so if it is not focused, the user only has to repeat the shortcut.

is that it is not directly accessible on non-English keyboards. For example, on a Spanish keyboard, you get
