"Brains" as in Elephas: Store "background knowledge" from files to specific Assistants

One of the biggest selling points for Elephas, your competitor, to me, was the "Brains" feature. It allows you to add files, URLs, and even Notion documents and more as "background knowledge" to an Assistant.
In my use case, I added some legal texts and statutes to a specific Assistant ("Brain" as they're called in Elephas), and whenever I chat with it, it remembers this background information (URLs must be cached, of course). It's more or less an advanced instruction system for Assistants.
This feature would be a great addition, in my opinion.

This would really help with writing documents or coding by letting us add external files directly to the system prompt. The AI could then track and edit changes, so we wouldn't need to keep copy-pasting or attaching new versions. Alternatively, a ChatGPT canvas feature could be used.

I just discovered the File Sync feature: https://boltai.com/docs/chat-ui/document-analysis#what-is-file-sync-and-how-does-it-work. Doesn’t this cover this request, Emil Sinclaire and Daniel Nguyen? For my current needs, though, it would be great if it supported .scpt files.

Is this feature officially on the roadmap? Super killer and is making it very difficult for me since I feel myself jumping over to Elephas often!
