Create and/or apply a custom command to selected text

It would also IMO be far more useful if:
1) The changes could be done in place rather than opening a new chat window
2) You could get some surrounding context (not sure if this is possible or if you only have access to the selected bit)
Basically having a similar functionality to Gemini where you can select an arbitrary portion of text and ask it to do a refine it in some user specified way. The great thing there is that the surrounding text is part of the context so the refinement can be applied in a smart way.

This is supported in BoltAI (called Instance Command) but it's still pretty limited. To confirm, is this the workflow you want:
- Highlight text
- Press a trigger shortcut (Control Space)
- Type your prompt and choose the command
Did you try this?

Daniel Nguyen I didn't know I could do that! Yes, this is what I want.
The reason I missed it is because there is no hint on the UI. I would suggest you to add information that the app can execute custom command.
I share two examples for your inspiration, one from Elephas and the other from OmniFocus.

It would be great if you list recently used "instant command" after pressing control space with the option to save it as a new command.
