Hope could drag a chat within a folder to root.

Currently, it's only possible to drag the root conversation to a folder, while vice versa is not accessible.

Vec: I'm surprised that it doesn't work for you. Alternatively, you can right-click and choose Move to > Root Folder. See the screen record below:
