Ollama Embeddings Support

It seems there's currently no way to attach and embed documents with Ollama in Bolt.
This would be really good to have and especially useful when working with local code bases (e.g. code2prompt <directory>, attach / paste into bolt as a markdown file).
I've attached screenshots of how this looks in Open WebUI and MindMac as examples

At present when using Ollama in Bolt and trying to upload / embed a document you get an error stating this requires OpenAI
