First of all, the current app icon does look cool, but I've noticed that compared to most classic macOS app icons, especially those after the Big Sur era, the main object (lightbulb💡) in the BoltAI icon is a bit small in size, taking up a smaller proportion of the entire app icon compared to other apps.
Additionally, since BoltAI uses a representational style with many object details, it's harder for us to clearly see the main object of the icon in the dock.
I believe simply enlarging the size of the lightbulb would greatly improve this issue. Of course, reducing some of the details of the lightbulb may further optimize it (I personally prefer more abstract style icons.).
Here are some comparison images. The issue is not as noticeable when displaying icons at full size on the launchpad, but it becomes more pronounced in the dock.
