Specify Model Name Manually

While it's nice that Bolt offers a list of available models for a given provider, it would also be nice to be able to specify the model names manually. This is, in part, a way to future-proof the app if it ever falls behind the latest and greatest. It would be unfortunate if Bolt stops receiving updates and we're are only left with stale options.

Ideally I'd want to fetch the list of models automatically. Currently, it's already working for OpenAI / OpenRouter / Ollama.
I think it's better and more scallable this way, than to support manually entering model name.
Which AI providers that you couldn't find the model list up-to-date?
